The British Council is the UK’s leading cultural
relations organisation creating long-term relationships that provide cultural,
educational, economic and social benefits across the world. The British Council
opened the Belgrade office in 1940, which was one of the first British Council
centres outside of the UK.This is a clear indication of the commitment to
Serbia and the region, further demonstrated by its proven, ongoing, experience
of working with key local/regional stakeholders.

on 25 years applied experience on the ground, in Asia, Africa and Eastern

4 Digits Consulting
The “4 Digits Consulting – Judiciary
and Public Sector Support” (4DC) is a local organisation established in 2014
with the mission to support the reform of the judiciary and public sector. The
4DC is comprised of a core team of legal and IT experts, responsible for the
functioning of the organization, and a pool of reputable local and
international experts, experienced in rule of law, judiciary and public
administration reform projects. By doing so, 4DC can provide top consultancy
services while remaining agile and focused on the beneficiary needs. The core
experts who established 4 DC have over 12 years of experience in justice sector
reform projects, both local and international.
Alternative Consulting
Alternative Consulting is a project
management and government consultancy established in Belgrade that has been
active on the market of donor funded capacity and institutional building since
2009. Most of Alternative Consulting work has revolved around EU funded
projects ranging from assistance programming, conducting situational
assessments in various fields, capacity and institution building, strategic
documents development and preparation of equipment procurement.
Alternative Consulting groups together
project management professionals with vast knowledge of the state of play in
the various sectors in the Western Balkans, as well in other regions supported
by donor agencies such as ENI (European Neighbourhood Instrument) countries.
Alternative Consulting has been developing and implementing projects, both as
an implementing partner and consortium leader, in the areas of the Justice and
Home Affairs, the Education and Social Sector, Public Finance Management,
Financial markets, Rural Development, ICT and the Environment across
